repetier server stops working during print

my (overclocked) raspberry b +  has a 0.60.3 server running on it, and this server tends to stop sending commands to the printers during a print.

in the beginning (first 3 weeks) everything with the server worked, but now it aborts every print i try after 2 hours +
i changed nothing, this started without my influence.

the last print was a 13 h print and it stopped in the last 40 minutes, 180 meters filament wasted....
this happened more than once.
after it did this, i reinstalled the raspberry from scratch with a new micro sd card, but it keeps aborting the print on a random position.

i changed the LAN and USB cables of the server but nothing changed. the pi also has no cpu overload or anything like this it cpu usage is always below 20% during print.


after a print was ruined by the server, i can stop it in the interface and start a new one and the server works again for 1-2 hours until it stops again, freezing on a position on the print object. extruder as well as the bed keeps powered but no move commands reach the printer any longer. 
the server gets slowed down sending commands to the printer and gets slower and slower until the printer begins to stutter (waiting for next command) and stops finally.

what can i do? this is a annoying issue, especially because it stops at a random position. i dont want to waste more filament on this.

external access through SSL

Hi,
For external access I configured a port forwarding in my router to be able to enable SSL access from WAN. So the server can be accessed through the https protocol. In the configuration page I entered the full web address, including https://. Now the QR-code translate to http://https://web.server.org. How can that the server adds the 'http://' ?

Number of files in Print tab

Hi.
Using Repetier Server 0.85.0 on raspberrypi, and I noticed that in the list of gcode files there is a limit of 20 for each group to be shown on the webpage tab Print. There is no 'Next' button for the remaining files, which are not shown. Is that expected behaviour and is it intentional? I can find the files when I enter the name in the 'Search' field. 
How can all files be show which are part of a group?

Sending params from JS to LUA

Hi, 
sorry for this stupid topic but I need some help.
Is this possible to send some param(s) from js-file to lua module using "registerAction"? Or maybe with "registerDynRequest"?
Which way is correct?
I have no problem with receiving data from lua module but I can't receive any param inside of lua module.
With RSCom.send(...) in js-file I can access to "slug"-field in "data" struct inside of callback function in lua-file. 
Ex.
------------------------------------------------------------
function some_foo( data, result )
       local printer = rs.printerBySlug( data.slug )
       printer:injectManualCommand("M107")
       return nil
end

server:registerAction("some_foo", some_foo)
------------------------------------------------------------
What other fields "data" struct may contain?
I have found example in firmware folder but its not enough.

Repetier Server 0.85.2: Number of licenses exceeded?

Hi Roland, i've installed the latest Repetier Server over the old, in three computer (two Raspberry an one Windwos 10), now i've one computer in "free mode" (Number of licensee exceeded!)... why?

Update to 85.2 Unresponsive Issues

After about 1hr running the server it would no longer show my printers or even the dashboard anymore. The log shows the following error msg numerous times: 

2017-07-08 13:13:06: LUA error calling sendEvent:...iles (x86)\Repetier-Server\modules\server\lua\render.lua:100: attempt to index a nil value (local 'manager')

I have several printers sharing the same gcodes, thanks for the new feature btw! The server is running on windows 10.

Any help in remedying this would be much appreciated.

Bed Leveling Totally Up The wall

I'm going insane trying to sort this no matter what settings i try for my bed leveling it just seem to have its own idea on the4 coordinates of the places I see for it to test. and once it's done the place's its still not level i seem to have the right side too low and the left side too high.

also when its testing the bed levels it always seems to go too far off the end of the bed and starts to grind for a quick second

I have a command I want to add for screen calibration on a raspberry pi running the 0.85.2 image.
I added

I have no idea what to do to make it work. From the terminal I can launch the script but from the touch screen it does nothing.
I have a very basic understanding of linux. Any help will be appreciated.

Do not see video at Dashboard

Hi, I have latest Repetier Server (Repetier Server Pro 0.85.2), several printers and two webcams. At dashboard I cannot see the video but I can see video streaming (vlc). Resolution 640x480 25pfs, timelaps is also working. Can you help me where is the problem?

Hi guys

I'm currently looking to purchase Repetier-Server and run it on the Pi 2 (since I currently run the free version for Windows with much success)

I'd like to know if this display is supported by your current build of Repetier-Server?

Eleduino Raspberry Pi 7 Inch 1024x600

If not, would I be able to run Raspbian (which does support the display+touch through USB) and install repetier server as a deb package for arm?

Connect to Repetier-Server from a Mac running Host .56?

Hi Everyone,
 I have been using the Mac OS X Repetier-Host .56 for a few days and it works fantastic when connected directly to the printer via USB. Now i would like to move my setup over to a stand alone machine running Ubuntu and Repetier-Server and then connect to it from my Mac running Repetier-Host so I can slice and print from there. 

I have had no problems getting the server setup and connected to the printer, everything runs fine. But I can't find how to setup the Host printer connection on my Mac to use the Repetier-Server as the printer. When I go to Printer Settings, there is no option for "Repetier-Server". Only the local USB or serial connections or "Virtual Printer." 

Is it possible?

What's the performance cap / Hosting more than 4 printers on an RPi 3?

Hey all,

Using RepServer Free 0.85 and I'm curious of what's the safe amount of printers you can host on a Raspberry Pi 3, and if there's a way to go beyond 4 via using a powered hub?

I have 4 so far taking up every stock USB port and I haven't really had any strange problems except for one major system lockup / reboot (which could have just been a fluke).

I'm running it at the stock clock settings, with a fan and heatsinks to keep everying cool. Temperatures stay at around 35-40C depending on load, so the system isn't too taxed.

I can imagine if I upgrade to pro, it would be a bad idea to try and put cameras on each printer as processing each one would be a nightmare.

So let's hear it-- has anyone exceeded 4 printers hosted? How did you achieve it? Did you have any problems?

Hi All
when I load repetier and connect to the server i get a green connect but printer is dead  and the manual panel shows not connected.
Using Win 10  hope someone can point me in the right direction.

WIFI connection lost (RASPI)

I do have the 2.5amp power supply for the raspberry pi. I used the image provided on the website for it. It setups and prints fine. But it seems it loses connection frequently. When I do restart it, i have to type the router password back in which is a pain. I want this thing to not lose connection as I am remote most of the time.

Adding new model to storage list from LCD app

Hi.
I'd like to realize adding new file (model) to Repetier-Server storaged models list.
I've not found API smth like 
addNewModelToGroup( string modelPath, string groupName )
Is it possible to do this in a simple way from LCD application?
